1. Who you are dealing with
These terms are between WUD Trading W.L.L. (“we”, “us”), a wholesale trading company registered in the Commercial Register of the State of Qatar, of Building 8, Zone 91, Street 3117, Birkat Al Awamer, Doha, Qatar, and the business named on the trade account (“you”).
This notice does not print a commercial registration number, because a number has not been confirmed for publication here. The number that belongs on our invoices is available on request from accounts@wudtrading.com.
This website does not take electronic payment. Wholesale invoices are issued and settled outside the catalogue. We do not display an e-commerce licence number on this site, and we do not represent that a separate e-commerce licence under Minister of Commerce and Industry Decision No. 25 of 2026 has been issued for this catalogue.
We sell wholesale to businesses for resale or business use. These terms are written for business-to-business sales, not consumer sales. Children are not permitted to register.
A person may request a trade account through the public sign-up page. We may refuse an account that is not a genuine business customer.
2. What these terms apply to
They apply to every order placed through our catalogue, by telephone, by WhatsApp, or through a member of our sales team acting on your instructions. They apply instead of terms sent to us, including terms on a purchase order, unless we agree otherwise in a signed writing.
3. Your account
We may open a trade account and provide access to the catalogue. You are responsible for activity under that account.
- Keep credentials secure and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.
- We may require a password change where there is reason to believe the credential is insecure.
- A member of our sales team may place an order on your behalf when acting on your instructions. That order binds your business as if you placed it directly.
- We may suspend access for misuse, overdue amounts, a credit hold, or at your request.
Account prices, credit limits and payment terms are confidential and specific to that account.
4. Prices and tax
Prices are quoted in Qatari riyals (QAR) and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are account-specific and may differ between customers.
- A promotional price applies only during its stated period.
- The price on the order we confirm is the binding price. Catalogue prices may change before confirmation.
- A product with no positive price cannot be ordered; it is unavailable, not free.
- Prices exclude any tax, duty or government charge that becomes legally applicable. Any such amount will be added at the rate required by law and shown on the relevant document. This catalogue does not currently apply VAT.
5. How an order is made
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not an accepted sale. We accept it by confirming the order and moving it out of pending status. A contract is formed at that point.
We may decline all or part of an order where stock is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, an account is on hold, a credit limit would be exceeded, or we reasonably believe the order is not genuine.
This catalogue does not collect card numbers or other electronic payment credentials, so there is no online payment to refund through the site. Any commercial settlement of a declined or adjusted order is handled through our accounts process outside the catalogue.
6. Availability
Catalogue stock figures are indicative. Stock is committed when we confirm an order for fulfilment and may be sold to another customer before confirmation.
The catalogue confirms supply only when the full quantity of each line is in stock. It does not create backorders. If we cannot supply the full order, we will call you. Any partial supply happens only by separate agreement on that call, not by an automatic split in the catalogue.
7. Payment
This catalogue does not take electronic payment. Amounts shown as owed are informational. Invoices and receipts are recorded in our accounts system (Tally) outside this website. Payment is made by the method our accounts team agrees with you.
Payment is due under the credit days set on the account. If no terms are set, payment is due on delivery.
- An authorised salesperson or more senior staff member may set, reduce or withdraw credit days on the account.
- We may place an account on hold while money is overdue.
- Payments are allocated to the oldest outstanding invoice first unless we agree otherwise in writing when payment is made.
- A dispute about one invoice does not permit withholding an undisputed amount on another.
If an amount is overdue we will contact you by telephone. The catalogue does not add automatic interest, late fees or a contractual penalty. We may place the account on credit hold, suspend catalogue access, and stop further supply until the overdue amount is paid or we agree a plan.
8. Delivery
Delivery is arranged outside this website, by telephone or WhatsApp, to the account address or another address agreed for the order. The catalogue does not calculate a delivery charge or a delivery date.
Delivery dates, once given, are estimates and time is not of the essence. We are not liable for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. You or an authorised person must be available to receive and inspect the goods.
9. Risk and ownership
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership remains with us until we have been paid in full for those goods and all other amounts owed to us. Until then, keep the goods identifiable and appropriately insured. Subject to applicable law, we may recover unpaid goods after giving appropriate notice.
You may resell goods in the ordinary course of business before ownership passes, but must account to us for proceeds up to the amount owed.
10. Checking a delivery
Inspect goods on delivery.
- Shortages, incorrect items or visible damage must be reported with the invoice number within 48 hours of delivery, by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
- A fault not reasonably visible on delivery must be reported promptly after discovery.
Where a claim is not made in the applicable period, we may treat the delivery as accepted, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Returns and exchanges
Returns are not processed in the catalogue. Contact us before sending any goods back — your salesperson, or accounts@wudtrading.com / +974 30892571, by telephone, WhatsApp or email. Do not return goods unless we have agreed in writing or by a recorded telephone or WhatsApp instruction.
Where we agree a return:
- unused goods in original packaging, with all accessories, may be considered if we supplied the wrong item or the item is defective, provided you contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery;
- the remedy is a replacement, a credit note in Tally, or another commercial settlement we agree — not an automatic card refund, because this catalogue does not take electronic payment;
- return transport is at your cost unless we supplied the wrong or defective goods;
- we do not currently charge a restocking fee; any handling charge would be agreed before the return is accepted;
- goods that have been used, assembled, damaged after delivery, sold as clearance or as-is, or returned without prior agreement, are excluded.
Agreed returns are recorded in Tally, not as a workflow inside this website.
12. Cancelling an order
You may request cancellation before dispatch and we will accept it where reasonably possible. Once an order is completed, it cannot be cancelled in the catalogue and any agreed return is handled under section 11.
13. If something goes wrong
We will supply goods matching their description and of satisfactory quality. Where we are responsible, liability for an order is limited to the price paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, contract or an indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Commercial complaints are not handled as a workflow inside the catalogue. Contact accounts@wudtrading.com, +974 30892571, or your salesperson. We will deal with the complaint by telephone or email.
14. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including shipping disruption, customs or port delay, supplier failure, network or utility failure, fire, flood or government action. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected unfulfilled portion of the order.
15. Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice. Commercial and accounting records may be kept for ten years where required by Qatari law, even after contact details are erased or separated.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version applying to an order is the version shown and accepted when that order is submitted. When we publish a new version, you will be asked to read and accept it in the catalogue before you can place another order. We do not currently send a separate broadcast email announcing the change.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rule of law that cannot be varied by contract.
